Intro: Whole 30 for 30


I’m not one for resolutions, but this one i can stand by. Whole 30 for 30.

I’m turning 30 on the 11th of February. What better way to kick off than with my first Whole 30 round? That’s right, y’all get to watch me suffer without cheese for 30 days.

And chocolate. I’m coming from a Paleo-ish, Primal-ish diet, so i’m basically resetting because i’ve been super slack! The holidays were a wreck on my digestive system.

To top it off, i’m doing this on a limited budget.

So, as of Feb 14th I will be starting my first round. Experienced Whole30-ers, got any tips for me? Favourite meal ideas and snacks?
